Health measures at Charles V<\/h2>

The well-being and health of our customers has always been our priority.<\/p>

We want to continue to provide a unique and quality experience for our guests, while ensuring a safe environment during this exceptional health situation.<\/p>

In this sense, we have developed sanitary protocols at the Charles V Hotel in accordance with the latest governmental directives in order to welcome our guests in complete safety.<\/p>

We therefore ask our customers to present a \"SANITARY PASS\" from
01 September 2021.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If you are vaccinated<\/span>\u00a0:<\/p>

-If you have your PASS SANITAIRE then you can access our establishment.
-If you do not yet have your PASS SANITAIRE, (in case it will be issued to you 7 days after the second dose), then you will be asked for a PCR or ANTIGENIC TEST less than 48 hours old.<\/p>

If you are not vaccinated<\/span>\u00a0:<\/p>

-A PCR or ANTIGENIC TEST less than 48 hours old will be required to access our facility.
For people aged 12 to 17, the health pass is compulsory from 30 September 2021.
If you wish, we can arrange an appointment for a Covid-19 PCR or antigen test at your convenience.<\/p>

In addition, we have reinforced the cleaning protocol with disinfectant for the common areas as well as for the rooms, several times a day, especially with regard to lift buttons, door handles, tables and switches.
Finally, we would like to inform you that all our staff are continuously trained in new procedures and hygiene rules.<\/p>

Within the entire institution<\/span> :<\/p>

Provision of hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the hotel
Wearing a mask in common areas is mandatory
Provision of masks for people staying in or visiting the hotel
Limiting the use of the lift to one person or a maximum of two if sharing a room
Respecting the minimum social distance in every interaction
Daily disinfection of all facilities
Use by all hotel staff of preventive material (hydroalcoholic gel, masks, gloves if necessary)
Strict sanitary protocol for cleaning and disinfection according to French government recommendations
Continuous training of all our employees in health protocol<\/p>

At the reception<\/span>\u00a0:<\/p>

Plexiglass divider at the reception counter
Disinfection of all room keys\/cards
Regular disinfection of payment terminals (where possible, we recommend payment by credit card)<\/p>

In rooms and suites<\/span> :<\/p>

Systematic opening of windows for constant air renewal
High temperature washing of towels and bed linen
Systematic disinfection of rooms<\/p>

In the breakfast room<\/span> :<\/p>

- Limitation of the number of people in the breakfast room at the same time
- Respecting the minimum distance between tables
- Disinfection of tables between each customer<\/p>

In our wellness area<\/span> :<\/p>

- Disinfection of spaces between each client
- Sauna and gym access reserved for individual use of each guest
- Systematic appointment scheduling.<\/p>
